Responsibilities of E-JAM
Personal Interview
E-JAM will recruit appropriate applicants pursuant to your requirements. To determine qualifications and eligibility we will conduct a thorough pre-screening interview to assess the applicant’s motivation; strengths and weaknesses; education; work histories and their desire to work. Behavioral questions are also used to determine motivation, attitude, flexibility and ability to cope with deadlines and to perform without supervision. E-JAM is selective in our process, choosing to work with individuals who have a professional attitude and strong work ethic.
Testing and Objective Evaluation
Depending upon your requirements, E-JAM will administer, at an additional cost, a series of “pre-employment tests”, professionally designed to measure the candidate’s proficiency in relevant areas.
Reference and Background Checks
E-JAM confirms two work references and past job history of every candidate considered for employment. E-JAM can provide any specific background check requirements, including credit, drug screenings, criminal background and education qualification verification, at an additional cost.
Responsibilities of Client
- To provide a written list of job duties and expectations of the employee for E-JAM to recruit an appropriate candidate for the position.
- To make all efforts to interview and select candidates presented by E-JAM in a timely manner.
- Maintain timely communication with E-JAM on all relevant activities, especially feedback from interviews, presented materials, etc.
- To provide E-JAM with a written job offer and agreement between you and candidate, if a candidate is selected for a position.
