J1 Training Program

Work and further your studies in top USA Hotels for 12 Months through the J-1 Training Visa Program.

The purpose of the program is to develop the trainee's skills and knowledge within their areas of study, or experience. This includes development of supervisory skills in the later stages of the training program. Through exposure to different departments and supervisory skills training, the trainee will gain significant first hand knowledge of the function of each department.

Openings are available in the following positions:

Food Service - Rooms Division - Guest Services - Recreation and Program - Operations - Arts & Culture - Human Resources - Facility Management - Information Technology

Locations:
Colorado - Florida - Michigan

Various Start Dates - Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec 2008 - March & April 2009

Requirements:

You must satisfy one of the following categories:

At least an Associates Degree in the field of training, plus one year work experience related to the proposed training 

A Bachelors Degree in the hospitality field – graduated less than 12 months

At least five years work experience related to the proposed training

We are looking for candidates who:

Have excellent spoken and written English skills 

Have a positive attitude and enthusiasm 

Have education and experience related to the types of trainings that are offered
