Employers have three options to find the ideal candidates via E-JAM;

Numbers 2 and 3 are the most popular options. Recently there have been an increase in the number of employers searching and purchasing resumes online. We have also been contacted by phone by numerous employers seeking assistance in finding candidates.

Your resume provides the very first impression of you to a prospective employer. If you are interested in obtaining a job we are asking that you UPLOAD YOUR REUME on E-JAM'S website.

Please follow the instructions listed below carefully in order to provide your best possible presentation to compete for the position that you are qualified for.  

1. Register only in the “Job Seekers” section.

2. When submitting your resume, please upload it in Word or Text only. Our system works best when you upload your information in a Word document.

3. Be sure to put the correct Job Title (i.e. Secretary, Bookkeeper, Housekeeper, etc.); this makes it easier for employers to find you.

4. You must complete ALL forms in its entirety, especially when constructing your resume online. The selections for employment are determined by the information you provide.

5. Please make sure that your contact information is kept up to date.

6. For security reasons, do not include references with names, addresses and telephone numbers of individuals – instead put “References available upon request”. Make sure your contact information is not included in the body of the resume. In addition, it is not necessary to include a cover letter.

7. Please upload your resume once.

 

ADD YOUR PHOTO TO YOUR RESUME

One of the most effective features of our job site is the ability to attach a photo to your resume. For your security and privacy, the photo will only be seen by PAID employer subscribers, and NOT by casual visitors.
