Sample Job Specification WORK AND TRAIN IN THE U.K. Candidates will follow a vocational training course which includes a work placement – thus enabling candidates to work full time and be paid. Candidates must however complete their courses as directed by the assessor or they will be breaching the terms of their entitlement to be in the UK and will be taken off the course and not legal to be in the UK. A good English language level is required. Experience Required Candidates must have a minimum of one year verifiable experience for junior positions. Detailed references will be required in order to verify this experience. We will interview all candidates to assess their abilities and language skills. Accommodation The Care Homes will source and provide accommodation for candidates, the cost for this will vary from free of charge to £75 per week. The cost of the accommodation and whether it is inclusive of bills will be detailed on each individual job specification Pay scale Care Assistant from £5.52 per hour Senior Care Asst from £6.00 per hour Rates will be detailed on each individual specification. Candidates can expect to earn extra for night and weekend shift work, although this is not always the case. Course & Program Fee: £1,750 (The fee does not include airfare and visa fee). £1,270 is payable prior to departure – the remaining £480 after one year Candidates will be enrolled on the following course: Levels 2, 3 and 4 Health & Social Care NVQ. This course will run for a minimum of 2 years and will allow candidates to work and study at the same time.
