Preferred Membership Service is available to Jamaican residents only.

Looking for a Job can be stressful, especially if you don’t tap into the right resources. It can be time consuming before you eventually find that dream job. E-JAM offers affordable job-winning skills enhancement services, designed to give you the tools needed to make your job search successful.

Many local and international companies contact E-JAM's office exclusively to fill high, medium and specialized positions. Preferred Members are contacted when a position becomes available that fits their skills; they gain access to more employment and training opportunities – for this there is a fee of JA$6,000.00

To become a Preferred Member you will first need to attend our Preferred Member Registration Workshop.

Preferred Member Services:

JA$6,000.00 for the following Package:

1. Register with our agency and get pre-screened and pre-qualified - Let us get to know you, your skills and your goals; so that we can assist you in finding the ideal job.
2. Career Coaching - Are you uncertain of what career path you would like to pursue? Let us work with you to explore your skills, interests, values and passion. Learn how to find the right job; we will alert you to jobs which are likely to be of interest to you.
3. Recruitment Testing – Undergo one of our basic test designed to match your chosen career path. This information will be passed on to your prospective employer.
4. Interviewing Skills – If you are not getting job offers it could be your interviewing skills. Get tips on the types of questions employers ask and learn the about the kinds of questions you should be asking.
5. Basic Resume Service - Are you getting the results you need from your current resume? If not, let us assist you by critiquing your resume and offering you suggestions on how you it can be improved.

JA $2,000 Additional Fee for the following:

Introduction to Email and Internet - For those not familiar with using email and the internet, there will be a short overview on learning basic computer skills, including email and the internet. Also, how to use our website to search for jobs.

Video Resume - This is a good opportunity to showcase your skills and personality. In 60 seconds, give a sales pitch as to why an employer should hire you. If done right it can be a useful tool in assisting you in marketing yourself to a prospective employer. This service is recommended for Professionals, Managers and Executives to demonstrate their leadership and communication skills.

Remember, first impressions do count and your overall presentation has a strong impact on getting you a job. E-JAM can provide you with the resources that will give you the confidence to go down the right career path.
