Jamaican Employers
Invite employers to post their job vacancies online at www.employmentjamaica.com and earn as low JA$2,000 for each job ad posted. Commissions will be paid bi-weekly after payment is received from employers. Contact us for more information and commission breakdown.
U.S. Employers
(Hospitality, Landscaping and Constructions Industries). If you believe your employer would benefit from hiring Jamaican workers under the H2B Visa, refer them to E-JAM. We will pay you a referral fee of US$50.00 per hired employee. The odds of receiving thousands of dollars are good – since the average small to medium sized business hires 10-25 workers. Payments are made in two halves - Half is paid after workers arrive at jobsite and the other half after three months of employment.
Refer employer to us, by providing their information on the referral form. Please let the individuals know in advance that you have referred their names; your referral confirms that you have been given permission by the employer, company / organization.

Upon receipt of your referral, we shall notify the contact person. If your referral is successful we will contact you regarding payment arrangements. Do not contact an employer regarding payments for referrals, payments are done only through E-JAM's office.
