A competitive employment market is creating new demands on jobseekers with many more candidates applying for the same position. In order to catch an employer’s eyes you must provide your best possible presentation to compete for the position that you are qualified for.
If you feel you are marketable with the right qualifications and your resume are being overlooked – then you need to be listed under our Featured Jobseekers section. You will get the attention of employers who search our database for prospective employees and from companies who do not advertise, but who are hiring.
Steps in getting started:
1) Read our Resume Upload Information Form.
2) Complete the online registration form and upload an updated resume (photograph and video resume optional).
3) Send an email to support@ejamgroup.com requesting to become a Preferred Job Seeker.
4) Once your email is received and your documents reviewed, you will be contacted by email within five (5) business days regarding your approval.
5) If approved, immediate payment of $25.00 will be required. Payment can be made online, or for alternative payment options contact: support@ejamgroup.com. Postings will be done upon confirmation of payment.
NOTE: All requests for Featured Job Seekers’ listings must be pre-approved. Postings will be restricted for the following reasons:
- Not adhering to the steps outlined on the Resume Upload Information Form sheet.
- Resumes poorly constructed, or with little information.

As a Preferred Jobseeker - your resume will automatically be sent to recruiters/employers that are seeking someone with your skill set.
