(www.employmentjamaica.com) is seeking INDEPENDENT SALE REPRESENTATIVES – to successfully present its list of employment solutions to corporate HR Directors and Managers in the Hotel, Resort, Landscaping and Construction industries throughout the United States. We offer labour solutions for U.S. Employers by providing Jamaican seasonal workers under the H2B and J1 Visa Program. We're looking for highly motivated and professional individuals who have experience with the entire sales cycle, everything from finding leads/prospects all the way through closing the deal. The ideal candidates are those who have experience in the hospitality industry, or experience calling on hotels, resorts and other service related businesses. You will be assisting employers who are interested in employing seasonal overseas workers to satisfy their seasonal peak load. Many employers are having difficulty finding qualified American workers to satisfy their staffing demands during their busy seasons? You will provide the solution!! Requirement: General understanding of the U.S. seasonal Job Market; H2B work Visa; additional information related to Immigration and overseas employment procedures; intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and internet researching skills; call centre, or customer service experience. What We Look For
Remuneration Commission Based US $50.00 for each worker placed.The average small to medium business hires 15-30 workers per season - Larger businesses hire 50-150+. A sales target figure should be the placement of 250 workers per season.
