H2B VISA - designated for individuals, who will be employed in nonagricultural positions, which are seasonal, intermittent, or a one-time occurrence. Examples of qualifying positions include lifeguards, housekeepers, waiters, chefs, cooks, janitors, resort, landscapers and amusement park workers.
J1 VISA - designated for educational and cultural exchange programs designated by the U.S. Department of State and the Exchange Visitor Program and Designation Staff. The J1 exchange visitor program is designed to promote the interchange of persons, knowledge, and skills in the fields of education, arts, and sciences. |
